Do you see the face first or the Eskimo? When we look at the face, in profile, with its distinctive, black hairline, there is something disturbing about it, isn?t there? An almost Frankensteinian effect caused by the black lines on the face?s forehead, around its ear and its neck.
The Eskimo is facing away from us and forms the face, with one arm being the nose. The Eskimo looks as if it is leaning into a doorway and is dressed in white.
Do you see the face? Or an Eskimo?
